Note w.e.f. from 11/2004 & 1/05 all Mortgage Brokers must be Financial Services Authority authorised to discuss Mortgages & Associated Products. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The Broker we introduce you to will pay us for the introduction to you. Although the actual payment amounts vary, typically the Broker will pay us on average £30 fee per enquiry and there may also be a payment upon completion.

Customer Contact Issues

We work with many Introducers, as soon as they have determined the actual  broker who may be best suited to your given circumstances by either location or requirements, you will be either advised by email or phone who will be contacting you. The selected Broker will then be notified via phone, email or SMS Text with your contact details as given and endeavour to contact you as requested. Whether you choose to take up their professional services is entirely up to yourself upon this introduction.

It is your responsibility to complete the Internet enquiry forms honestly, correctly or advise us by phone of your exact requirements. Likewise it will be your responsibility to then advise the broker introduced of your specific requirements.

If you decide to proceed with the Broker, you accept that Money Laundering and Credit Checks will be taken to ensure legal compliance and prevent fraudulent activity.

These Brokers earn their living by either charging Fees for their services and/or also receiving commissions from any product providers chosen. They may also provide advice on other Insurances as required. They are now legally obliged to advise you of their status & fees which enables you to make an informed decision. We have no control over their professional service fees or commissions. Whether you choose to take up their professional services is entirely up to yourself upon this introduction. We do not charge for the free service of introducing customers to multiple Brokers & Lenders, however a broker/lender who processes a customer's case may deem it necessary to charge a fee depending on the customer's circumstances. Any fees will be clearly explained to the customer.

The Brokers may wish to visit you to discuss your proposition face to face or alternatively just deal by telephone, post, e-mail or fax.

As acting Introducers only, we will not be held responsible for any legal claims made against us for Advice given by that introduced Broker if you decide to proceed with their services. As stated, whether you choose to take up their professional services is entirely up to yourself.

We get many enquiries across the UK per day & it may not be possible to find either a mortgage broker in your area or alternatively the contact details given are incorrect due to you for example mistyping. As such you may not receive a contact call & your details may be held on our files & remain unused. In this instance, you may request we remove your details provided from our files.

Third Party Web Sites

We do not control any third party web sites, and are therefore not responsible for and cannot control their content. When you access third party web sites, you do so at your own risk. Without limiting the effect of clause above, our liability under this Agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed £100 per claim or series of connected claims and an aggregate limit in any twelve month rolling period of £200.

We specifically exclude any implied warranties of title, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Nothing in this Agreement implies we have any liability for death or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of this site.

In the event that you have a dispute with one or more brokers, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
